Two new features have been introduced in Ed Controls that simplify the management of project documents. You can now add an Informed or Consulted at the project level to all documents, from the project start date or from the date the person was added. These users can then access newly created active items and archived items. This new feature provides more control and ensures that key stakeholders are always up to date with the latest developments.

In addition, you can now remove these roles at the project level, both from the project start date and from the date the person was removed. This helps to keep the documentation organized and only the relevant people involved visible. With these new features, managing project information becomes more efficient and transparent.
