Additional ticket control with the new review flow (Expert license)
Some tickets are too important to complete immediately. In projects with an Expert license, you can therefore enable an additional review flow. This lets you review tickets first before they proceed. This way you keep a grip on critical points in your project.
How it works?
In the project settings, you can easily turn the review flow on or off. Only Accountables and Admins can manage this.
Once the review flow is on:
- each new ticket gets an additional control option via progress labels (e.g., ‘To Review,’ ‘Approved’)
- all roles except the Informed can turn these labels on or off, including the Reporter
- receive notifications if you are associated with the ticket as Ticket Responsible or Consulted
Please note that the review flow only works for new tickets created after the feature is enabled.
Maintain overview?
You can easily filter by progress tags, so you can see exactly which tickets still need to be reviewed.
The ticket status (“created,” “started,” “completed”) remains otherwise unchanged.
This feature is exclusive to projects with an Expert license.
When do you use it?
Use the review flow at:
- complex quality inspections
- security issues
- critical delivery points
