Didn’t put ticket in the right place after all? You can move it now
Sometimes a ticket is just not quite where it belongs on the map. You didn’t notice that until later. From now on you don’t have to create the ticket again – you can just move it around.
What’s new?
Responsible and support users can now adjust the location on the drawing even after creating a ticket. This ensures that the ticket location always matches the situation on the construction site.
How it works?
Open the drawing and click on the ticket. You can now drag it to the correct location. Once you let go, the new location is saved. Simple.
This works for all tickets you have access to – even if they were previously created.
Why this is useful
- No need to delete and re-create an error ticket
- The location on the map better matches reality
- You keep communication within the team clear and efficient
Whether you accidentally misplace a ticket, or if the situation on construction has changed: you now easily adjust it.
