Add labels faster in the iOS app!

We continue to improve Ed Controls to make your work process as smooth as possible. One of our latest updates makes it much easier to create multiple labels at once in the iOS app.

Until now, the web version allowed you to enter multiple labels by separating them with a comma. This made organizing tickets faster and more efficient. However, this feature was not yet available in the iOS app. That is now changing! From now on, labels that you enter and separate with a comma are automatically created as separate labels. Manually adding each one is no longer necessary.

This update saves time, especially when you add multiple labels to a ticket at once. Plus, your workflow stays structured even when you’re on the go. And because the process is now the same on both web and mobile, you can switch between devices even more easily.
