Give your audits color

Our latest update allows you to choose your own colors for the Yes/No/No answers in your audit templates. This makes it clear at a glance what is going well, what needs attention and what is not applicable.

Why is this useful?

In construction, you want to be able to quickly assess the status of an installation or control point. By working with color:

  • See the status faster without reading through all the text first.
  • Make your reports clearer, even for colleagues and clients.
  • Keep your audits visually consistent – the same color codes in the app as well as in the PDF reports.

Here’s how it works

  • Go to your audit template and under the Yes/No/No question type, choose the colors you want to use.
  • You can also change the order of the answer options and change the labels.
  • The chosen colors are automatically applied in the app as well as included in your reports.
  • Are you working with existing templates? Then you can easily update them with the new color options.

Good to know

  • No colors are set by default, you decide what works for your project.
  • Text always remains legible, thanks to the automatic choice of white or dark font.
  • The colors work for both single choice and multiple choice questions.

This feature makes your audits not only more beautiful, but more importantly clearer and faster to review.
