We’re excited to introduce a new feature in our ticketing system: bulk editing of labels. This enhancement allows users to easily replace or correct multiple tags at once, streamlining the management and updating of labels across your projects.

Why bulk edit labels?

In the fast-paced environment of project management, the need to update or correct labels quickly is crucial. Whether it’s fixing a misspelled tag or updating labels based on new insights, doing this manually for each ticket can be time-consuming and prone to errors. Our new bulk edit labels feature addresses this by allowing you to make these changes swiftly and efficiently.

How to use the bulk edit labels feature

  1. Select tags: In the tickets module, select the tag(s) you want to edit.
  2. Choose action: Choose to replace or remove the tags. If replacing, select an existing tag from the dropdown or type in a new one.
  3. Confirm changes: Apply the changes, and the selected tags will be updated across all active and archived tickets.
