Keep your work environment organized: delete old tickets, audits and projects

We’re introducing two new features that give you more control over your projects and data. First, as an admin, you can now delete inactive projects whose data is no longer needed. This ensures a tidy work environment and prevents old data from remaining unnecessarily accessible. This option is only available to admins of a contract. This keeps your dashboard clear, improves data security and allows you to focus more efficiently on active projects.

Second, contract admins can now delete audits and tickets older than 14 days, even if they have already been completed. This gives you the ability to correct errors, remove inappropriate content or manage exceptions. In this way, you will remove incorrect or incomplete audits and tickets, maintain the integrity of your projects, and be flexible to changing circumstances.
