Moving tickets as a Reporter? It’s a lot easier now

If you have the Reporter role in Ed Controls, you can now move tickets to another drawing more smoothly. Previously, you sometimes had to request additional permissions or manually arrange access; this is no longer necessary. If you have rights to the new drawing, you will automatically get access to it when moving.

Also handy: when moving multiple tickets, you get clear choices about what to do with the snapshots (such as keep them or replace them with a placeholder). This makes bulk actions clearer and less prone to error.

In short: less hassle, done faster, and everything stays neatly arranged.

Note: When opening the file, you may see a pop-up in Excel asking you to enable macros. Please allow this if you want to add multiple drawings.
