Admins and Accountable users can easily set up multiple-choice custom fields directly in the project settings. Define the question and add options that users can select, making it easy to track priorities, statuses, or other key details.
Where you’ll see them
- Ticket screens: Select one or more options on ticket creation and detail screens.
- Print & export: Options chosen are reflected in print popups, PDFs, and Excel exports.
- Dashboard & multi-project exports: All selections are included for full project visibility.
