Optimised ticket saving without navigation changes
Managing tickets just got smoother! With our latest update, clicking “Save” in the ticket details screen will no longer disrupt your workflow by redirecting you to the list or grid view. Instead, you’ll stay right where you need to be—on the ticket page.
This improvement means you can save your progress multiple times or seamlessly navigate to the next or previous ticket without interruptions. The only exception is archived tickets; after saving, you’ll return to the list view to maintain consistency and ensure proper ticket handling.
This update is designed to enhance your efficiency and provide a more intuitive experience while managing tickets. Less navigation, more productivity—because your time matters.
