What’s allowed before the start date

• Project managers can select a future start date when creating new projects, enabling proactive planning.
• Even before the project starts, users can manage:
  • Team members associated with the project
  • Documents and drawings related to the project
  • Audit templates

What’s restricted before the start date

• Users will not be able to create tickets or conduct audits until the project’s start date arrives. This helps maintain focus on preparations and avoids premature task management.
• Users attempting to create tickets or audits before the start date will receive notifications indicating that the project has not yet started.

This feature not only supports better planning but also fosters collaboration and ensures that all necessary groundwork is laid before the project officially begins.
