Clarity and consistency are crucial in auditing. A common issue users face is the separation of related content—such as questions and their corresponding answers—across different pages when printed. This can lead to confusion and make audits harder to interpret.

The ‘prevent page breaks’ feature addresses this issue by keeping related content together on the same page, resulting in a more seamless and intuitive auditing experience.

To ensure a smooth transition, the ‘prevent page breaks’ option is enabled by default. This way, your audit questions, answers, and signature fields will remain together when printed. For those who prefer the current printing behaviour, simply disable this option in the ‘export audits’ window, and printing will function as it always has.
