Rate from 1 to 10 in templates and audits

Good feedback is worth its weight in gold. That’s why in Ed Controls you can now provide even more targeted feedback with a rating from 1 to 10. This new feature is available in both templates and audits and helps you let people know quickly and clearly how you rate the quality of a service.

When creating a new template or editing an existing one, you can now choose the “Rate” answer type for a question. This gives the recipient a clear grade: not only useful for feedback, but also to track performance over time.

During an audit, a row of 10 choice buttons appears at such a question. By default, no score is selected yet, so you deliberately choose which grade fits. This grade also counts in the calculation of the audit result, so you can see at a glance how a category or project scores.

Everything has also been thought of: the grade is correctly included when copying templates and categories, when using ‘N/A’ and when reviewing audit results. The feature is available in all supported languages.

This extension makes feedback more concrete, simpler and more useful for all involved.
