Say goodbye to time-consuming ticket creation with Ed Controls’ latest update! Our new feature now intelligently suggests your last 5 ticket titles, simplifying your process.

To further increase your efficiency, the system will also autofill the other ticket properties (such as label, responsible, consulted, description, and due date) based on the last created ticket with the selected title. Please note that these auto-filled values are fully editable, allowing you to make changes if necessary.
