Stay on top of your tasks with due date notifications
Managing multiple tasks and deadlines can sometimes be overwhelming, especially when dealing with important tickets and audits. To help you stay organised and ensure you never miss a critical due date, Ed Controls is introducing a brand-new feature: due date notifications. This feature is designed to make sure that as a Responsible, you receive email reminders 7 days in advance for any upcoming ticket or audit deadlines.
How does it work?
As a Responsible user, you can now receive email reminders 7 days in advance for any upcoming ticket or audit deadlines.
Here’s how you can make the most of this feature:
1. Set your reminder preferences
In your user settings, you’ll find the option to enable or disable these reminders. Simply toggle the reminder on or off based on your preference. Once enabled, you’ll receive a helpful email exactly 7 days before the due date, ensuring that you are prepared in advance.
2. Emails grouped by project
To keep things organised, the reminder emails will list all tickets and audits with upcoming due dates, neatly grouped by project. This gives you a clear, at-a-glance view of which tasks require your attention within the week.
3. Real-time notifications for urgent tasks
For tickets and audits with due dates less than 7 days away, you won’t receive an email notification. Instead, Ed Controls will notify you through real-time notifications, providing you with immediate updates about approaching deadlines. Stay tuned for the release of this feature soon!
This new feature is aimed at saving you time and reducing the stress of managing multiple deadlines. Stay ahead of your tasks and never miss a due date again!
