How do I create tickets on the geographical map?

With the add-on: Locator, it is possible to create tickets on a geographical map.

Here’s how it goes:

  1. Log in via web.edcontrols.com;
  2. Select the correct project;
  3. Go to the ‘Tickets’ tab;
  4. On the left of the groups of drawings, click ‘GPS map’;
  5. Find your location on the map;
  6. Click ‘+ New ticket’;
  7. Click on the correct location on the map;
  8. Enter the ticket information;
  9. Click save.
  1. Log into the Ed Controls app;
  2. Make sure the correct project is downloaded on your device;
  3. Open the right project;
  4. Go to the ‘Tickets’ tab;
  5. Go to the drawings in the project;
  6. Press ‘GPS map’;
  7. Find your location on the map by clicking on the location icon at the bottom right of the screen;
  8. Click on the map to create a ticket;
  9. Enter the ticket information;
  10. Save the ticket.

Please note: The geographical map is only available when the Locator add-on is enabled.
