It is possible to search within all Ed Controls applications by projects, tickets, audits, drawings and files.
Search by project
On the project overview screen you can search by the name of the project.
Search in the project
In the project itself you can search for Tickets, Audits, Drawings and other files.
You can search based on the following:
- Ticket ID;
- Title of ticket/audit/signature;
- Description;
- Respondent (based on email address).
Performing a search works as follows:
To carry out a search, follow these instructions:
- Log into web.edcontrols.com ;
- Open the right project;
- Go to the correct tab;
- In the filter menu at the top left, type your search;
- Press Enter.
To carry out a search, follow these instructions:
- Log into the Ed Controls app;
- Open the right project;
- Go to the correct tab;
- Type your search query in the top right of the search bar;
- Press Enter.
