When creating a new project, it can be useful to copy parts from an existing project. Labels, usernames/email addresses and audit templates and ticket titles and Descriptions are available for this purpose.
Here’s how it goes.
- Log in via web.edcontrols.com;
- Click on ‘new project’ at the top right of the screen;
- Select the contract under which the new project falls;
- Now click ‘Copy parts from an existing project’;
- Select the parts you want to copy;
- Fill in the rest of the details of your new project;
- Click ‘create’.
