In Ed Controls, you can forward an assigned ticket to a third party. The Respondent of a ticket can add a Consulted. This allows the Responsible Person to collaborate better and complete a ticket faster without having to be present on site.
Here’s how it goes:
- The Respondent of a ticket adds a Consulted;
- The Consulted gets a notification and can get started;
- The Consulted adds photos and text to the ticket of the work performed;
- The Respondent sees that the Consulted has executed the ticket correctly and will report the ticket ready.
