How do I perform an Audit?

Print Friendly, PDF & Email

An Audit is nothing more than a digital checklist.

Here’s how it goes:

  • Area Audit
  • Object Audit
  1. Log into your app;
  2. Open the right project;
  3. Select the ‘Audits’ tab. On the left side of the screen, you will see a list of groups with Audit templates;
  4. Click on one of the groups. You will see the Audit templates included in this group. You will also see the Audits that have already been started or completed;
  5. Click on the audit template you want to use. Start the Audit by clicking the blue plus sign in the lower right corner.
  6. Now a new screen opens. Here you can change the name of the Audit, add drawings and add a Resoponsible and/or Informed. Click ‘next’ to perform the Audit.
  7. Now complete the questions;
  8. Sign the audit and report it completed.
  1. Log into your app;
  2. Open the right project;
  3. Select the ‘Audits’ tab. On the left side of the screen, you will see a list of groups with Audit templates;
  4. Click on one of the groups. You will see the Audit templates included in this group. You will also see the Audits that have already been started or completed;
  5. Click on the audit template you want to use. Start Audit with a click on the blue plus sign, bottom right;
  6. Then select an existing Ticket or create a new Ticket as the basis for your Audit. Add the desired Responsible and/or Informed. Click ‘next’ to perform the Audit.

Please note: By default, an Audit is created as an area audit. If you want to create an object audit, you must check this in the audit template.

Please note: As the Responsible of an Audit, you can always save Audit and further modify it later. Once you have reported the Audit ready, the Audit is finished and cannot be modified. You can still read the Audit.
