How do I reopen an Audit?

It is possible to reopen an Audit that has been closed. The Ultimate, Support and Responsible roles can reopen Audits in the Ed Controls web environment.

Here’s how it’s done:

1. Log in via web.edcontrols.com;
2. Open the right project;
3. Go to the Audits tab;
4. Find the Audit you want to reopen;
5. Click on the Audit;
6. In the new screen, click “reopen.
7. The Audit is now reopened.
8. The timeline will show who reopened.

Notice: The Audit timeline records who reopened the audit.

Notice: After reopening, the Audit always regains the status from before the ready report
(a created Audit that has been reported ready regains the created status after reopening)
