What is archiving?

Print Friendly, PDF & Email

Archiving in Ed Controls means making an item inactive. Archiving items causes them to end up in the archive. This way only the active items remain visible in your overview.
The archive can be found in the filter menu, the icon looks like this:

The following items can be archived in Ed Controls:

  • Tickets;
  • Audits;
  • Templates;
  • Drawings;
  • Files;
  • Projects.

Note: When you archive a drawing, the tickets on that drawing also disappear into the archive.
