How do I make adding tickets to questions mandatory?
Requesting tickets can be made mandatory in an Audit. This is set in the template and goes as follows:
- Sign in;
- Select your project;
- Select the templates tab;
- Select the correct template from the groups on the left or create a new template;
- Make adding tickets to questions mandatory by selecting the corresponding ticket icon next to the question.
Alternatively, you can make adding a ticket for an entire category mandatory by selecting the image next to the name of the category. After publishing the template, it is ready for use.
Please note: If this option is enabled, it is mandatory to add a ticket to an audit question. The audit cannot be marked as completed until this has been done.
Tip: Have you answered all questions but still cannot mark the signed audit as complete? Does the software take you to the answered question after clicking "Complete"? Check if there is a red exclamation mark on the ticket icon next to a question. This means that you are required to add a ticket.
Important: It is not possible to disable the ticket requirement in existing audits. This is only possible in the template, for future audits that will be created based on this template. It does not work retroactively.
