Ed Controls only shows the projects you are added to, based on the account (email address) you are logged in with. There are several reasons why you may not see any or the right projects. We have described the most common reasons below.
If you don’t get to see a particular project, which you should, then you probably haven’t been added to the project yet.
Then ask the Project’s End Manager or Support to add you.
Have you already been granted access by the End User or Support, but the project still doesn’t appear?
Then check with the End Manager/Support to make sure there is no typo in the email address, for example.
