"The Reporter role is especially useful if you have customers or partners who need to register issues but don't have to follow up on them."

What can a Reporter do?

A Reporter can create tickets and thereby report defects easily and efficiently on drawings and on the geographic map to which he has access. Access to drawing(s) is managed by the Admin, Final Responsible Person and/or Support of the project. You require the Reporter add-on to add Reporters.

The Reporter cannot view tickets to which he or she has not been assigned. In this manner, a third party can be safely invited to contribute to a project. The Reporter has limited access. So if a user is only a Reporter he can only see the Title, Description and the Status of the Ticket.

A Reporter can also add comments to his/her own tickets, and sees only his/her own comments back (i.e., not the comments posted by other users).
