There may be several reasons why someone does not receive an invitation to collaborate in Ed Controls. The most common causes are described below:
- Check that the email address entered is 100% correct;
- The user you invited may already have an account in Ed Controls, if this is the case they will also no longer receive an invitation email. That person can then just log in;
- Check if the e-mail ended up in the recipient’s spam box;
- Check if the recipient’s e-mail box is full.
