A ticket has four statuses.
- Created (yellow circle ):
The ticket was created, but not yet assigned to a Responsible. - Started (red triangle ):
The ticket has been created, including all relevant information and assigned to a Responsible who will handle it. - Completed (green square ):
According to the Responsible, the ticket has been completed. - Archived (gray icon ):
According to the Accountable or the Support, the ticket is no longer relevant. The ticket disappears from the drawing and the list of active tickets, but can still be retrieved if needed. The gray colour shows that it is an archived ticket and the shape of the figure indicates at what stage the ticket was archived. The shape can therefore be a circle, triangle or square.
