How can I create multiple audits in bulk?
In Ed Controls, it is possible to create multiple audits simultaneously using an Excel file.
The Accountable and Support can do this via the web version of Ed Controls.
To do this, go to https://web.edcontrols.com, log in, and follow the steps below:
1. Click on the project tile to open your project.
2. Go to the Audits tab.
3. Select the template group and template on the left.
4. Click on the blue "+" icon in the bottom right and select the option "Create multiple audits".
5. Follow the instructions in the pop-up: download the Excel file from Ed Controls, open it on your PC, and add the audits to it. Save and upload the file to Ed Controls. The audits will appear on the audit list in Ed Controls.

Tip: To see what these audits will look like in Ed Controls, we recommend conducting a test run with a few responses.
Tip: You can add multiple labels separated by a comma. Example: label1,label2,label3
Note: the file must always be downloaded from Ed Controls and subsequently uploaded under the same template group and template.
Note: this functionality is not available for object audits.
