Mark what's wrong directly on the photo
An arrow pointing at the crack, a circle around the spot that needs attention. You can now mark up photos directly in the web version, so it's immediately clear what you're referring to. Use arrows, circles, highlights, freehand drawing and text. It works on a new ticket, on a comment within a ticket and on attachments in an audit. Placed something in the wrong spot? Undo lets you adjust it right up until you save. That way the recipient no longer has to work out what you mean. One look at the photo says it all.

A faster overview of incoming reports
A Reporter can now add a label to a ticket and filter on it themselves, on the phone as well. Handy when a resident flags several points during handover and wants to bring some structure to it. Working with a lot of Reporters on a project? As Accountable or Support you'll see at a glance what kind of report you're dealing with.

Adding evidence no longer requires a ticket
Until now, you could only make a ticket mandatory for an audit question. Now you can do the same for a photo, attachment or comment, on their own or combined. You decide exactly what evidence needs to be in place before an audit can be completed.

Filter for what's still missing, too
See at a glance where work is still outstanding. Select "No progress label" in the progress filter and you'll instantly spot which tickets have no label yet. The deadline filter shows only overdue deadlines, sorted by the longest outstanding. No more endless scrolling.

See the whole room in a single photo
You know how it goes: you take ten photos of a room, and a week later it turns out that one corner is missing. A 360° photo captures the entire room in one shot. Add them to tickets, audits and the library, then pan and zoom your way through them in the app.

Know exactly where to start
Your update email now opens with a short summary, put together from your own tickets and audits. You'll see at a glance which project needs your attention and where work has stalled. Handy when you're running several projects and aren't sure what to pick up first.

Busy drawings stay readable
When a lot of tickets sat close together, the ticket numbers used to overlap on a printed drawing. Now each ticket gets a label in the nearest free spot, with a line pointing to the right marker. Where a cluster really is too tight, they become numbered dots with a legend alongside.

Ask the right colleague straight away
Sometimes a ticket needs what a colleague knows. Instead of waiting until they come across your comment, you can now mention them directly. Type @ in your comment and pick the right colleague, and they get a message in the app straight away, with the ticket one tap away. You only see colleagues who already have access to the ticket, so nobody gets pulled into work that is not theirs.

See active and archived items together
As a project is being wrapped up, you want to see what is still open and what has already been dealt with. You no longer have to switch between the active overview and the archive. Select Active and Archived at the same time and ongoing and completed tickets, audits and templates appear in one list. Only Active is selected by default, so you decide when to bring the archive in.

Label all your audits in one go
Want a quicker overview of your audits per floor, phase or subcontractor? Labels do exactly that, but until now you had to open every audit separately to add one. You can now select the audits in the list and add the label to all of them at once, or remove it again, just as you already do with tickets. Even on a large project, you quickly see which audits belong together, without spending an afternoon labelling first.

Build your audit template faster
Many audit templates contain sections that keep coming back, such as identical floors, a row of similar rooms or a fixed set of inspection questions for every phase. Until now, that meant entering the same questions again and again. You can now duplicate a whole category or a single question, including answer options, colours and the settings for mandatory proof. The copy appears directly below the original, so all that is left is to change the name or drag the question to another category.

From report straight to the ticket
When you see a ticket on the drawing in a PDF export, you usually want to know straight away what is behind it. You can now click the ticket on the drawing and it opens directly in a new tab. This also works for the ticket list next to the drawing, so your report stays open while you look at the details.
