How does marking photos work?

Marking a photo

You can mark a photo with an arrow, circle, frame or text, so it's immediately clear what you're pointing at. This works in the web version, anywhere you add a photo: in a new ticket, in a reply to a ticket, and as an attachment to an audit or to a question in an audit.

  1. Add a photo, or open the photo you want to mark.
  2. Click the edit icon to open the marking tools.
  3. Choose a marking and place it on the spot you want to point out.
  4. Adjust the marking: move it, resize it, rotate it, or use undo and redo.
  5. Check your marking.
  6. Click save. The marked photo now appears in the ticket or audit.

Please note: once you save, the marking can no longer be changed. Something not right? Add the photo again and mark it again.

The size and quality of the photo stay the same. Marking is optional: you can also add a photo without one.
