How can I delete a group?

Permanently deleting a group is not an option in Ed Controls. However, you can make a group disappear from your overview.

You use multiple groups in Ed Controls. You can create a group for drawings, files and audit templates. These groups can be found under 'Tickets' and 'Audits'.

Removing a group from your overview is done by archiving all drawings, files and/or templates in that group. Once all items have been archived, the group will disappear from lists under 'Tickets' and 'Audits'.

It's possible that audits based on archived templates are still visible on the Audits tab. This is because there are still active (non-archived) audits in the overview. If these audits (based on the archived template) are also archived, the group will no longer be visible.
