How do I link Woub to Ed Controls?

The integration with Woub lets you collaborate with subcontractors seamlessly.
Tickets, replies, and attachments sync automatically between both platforms.

Here’s how to set it up:

Step 1: Log in to Woub and go to integrations

Visit https://app.woub.chat/
Log in with your Woub account
Open the profile menu
Click Integrations and apps
You’ll see a list of available connections

Step 2: Select and install Ed Controls

Find Ed Controls in the list
Click the app
Hit the green Install button

This starts the installation process.

Step 3: Confirm authorisation

A pop-up will ask for permission
Click Confirm authorisation
You’ll see a message: Connection initiated
You’ll get an email. Open it and click Confirm to finish setup

Step 4: Check if the integration is active

Go back to Woub after confirming
Do you now see the Deactivate button under Ed Controls?
Then the connection is live.
As long as that button is visible, the sync is running.

What happens next?

Once activated:

All Ed Controls projects where you’re marked as Responsible appear in Woub
Their related tickets are synced
New tickets in Ed Controls sync to Woub every 5 minutes
Replies and attachments from Woub automatically sync back to Ed Controls

Your data stays in sync across both systems.

Want to turn it off?

In Woub, go to Integrations and apps
Open the Ed Controls integration
Click Deactivate

The sync stops immediately.
