How do I remove a Reporter?

A Reporter can easily be removed via the Ed Controls website. This can be done by an Accountable or Support.

Here's how it's done:

1. In Firefox or Chrome, log into web.edcontrols.com;
2. Open the desired project;
3. Click the Reporter tab. You will be taken to the overview of Reporters;
4. Find the relevant Reporter in your list;
5. Click on the 'trash bin' icon behind the Reporter you want to remove;
6. Confirm that you want to remove that Reporter;
7. The Reporter has now been removed.

The deleted Reporter will always have access to his own created tickets.
