How do I edit a ticket?

The Responsible can report tickets assigned to him or her as complete, accompanied with photos and text.

The Accountable and Support role can change tickets completely.

Here’s how it’s done:

  1. Log in to the Mobile app or web.edcontrols.com;
  2. Select the project and drawing in question;
  3. Click on the desired ticket;
  4. Make the changes;
  5. Press the Save button at the bottom of the page.

Notice: Changes are recorded in the timeline.
