Complete Tickets by a Responsible
Explanation; The Accountable and a Support can create tickets and assign them to a Responsible. This will allow the Responible to add a photo and text to a Ticket. The Responsible can use Ed Controls for free.

Complete Audits by a Responsible
Explanation; The Accountable and a Support can set up the audits and assigned to a Responsible. This will enable the Responsible to perform an inspection, for example, and can add a photo. The Audit may also be signed by the Responsible. The Responsible can use Ed Controls for free.

Create Tickets as a Reporter
Explanation; If the Reporter function is activated in the contract, this module can be used.
Allows a regular building partner, administrator or resident to be asked to create tickets without also being assigned the Support role in which they can see everything.
If the Reporter role is assigned to a person, the document below can be sent and that person can read step-by-step how to create the tickets.
