What is a ticket?
A ticket is a registration of an observed snag. This allows you to record an observation, deviation or instruction. They include remaining snags, points of action or snags that have been finalised.
A ticket is always linked to a location on a map or a drawing. Photos, text, an end date, a Responsible, an Consulted and an Informed can be added to the ticket.
This makes it clear who should do what and when the task should be completed.
Tip: It is possible to save a Ticket without a Responsible. In such a case, the Ticket servces as a note-to-self.
